1) ITALIAN MEAL MAKING CLASS WITH MARKET VISIT | 5 hrs | € 100 pp
The journey starts at the historic Campo de' Fiori Market where you will meet a talented chef to pick together the best ingredients for your class.
Back at the school, you will learn how to prepare a traditional 4-course Italian meal, from antipasti (appetizers) to dolci (desserts), including a pasta dish and a second course (meat or fish)!
Your journey will end with a delicious tasting of your dishes in the beautiful dining room of the school, decorated with an authentic 17th century ceiling.
A glass of fine Italian wine will be the cherry on the cake of a lunch of a lifetime!

Learn how to make the best dough for an authentic pasta dish! Our chefs will teach you all the secrets to make the best fettuccine or to feel up delicious ravioli with the freshest ingredients!
Also you will learn how to prepare a mouth-watering tiramisù, one of Italians' favorite desserts!
